What we collect

When you use our free-trial or contact form, the details you type (such as name, phone, email, city, property name, number of beds and your message) are sent to our own systems and stored there so our team can reply to you. If we cannot receive them, your email app opens so you can send them by email instead.

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not set tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To set up and run a free trial you asked for.
• To keep a record of who asked, so that we can follow up.

We do not sell your details.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete what you sent us by writing to sales@spanarsystems.com.
